Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of appointment will require full payment.
Please note: Appointments exceeding 1 hour will now require a 50% deposit.
A confirmation text will be sent 3 days prior to your appointment. Please respond as soon as possible or your booking may be cancelled. Should you not arrive, are late, or reduce the treatment time reserved for you, the full amount of your scheduled treatment will apply as per your initial booking.
